Quick Tuna Salad



Two cans of tuna
1 chopped onions or green onions
3 Cherry tomatoes
1 Cucumbers
2 tbsp mayo
1 hard boiled egg (optional)
Adobo season to taste

Flake tuna thoroughly. Finely chop the egg, onion, tomatoes and cucumber together. Add mayo and mix well. Makes enough for at least 4-5 sandwiches. I recommend a good italian roll.
